This 10-foot Thermoid FLEX-LOC® 3/8" ID air hose whip lead is manufactured in the USA using premium nitrile rubber with a durable neoprene cover for outstanding flexibility, long service life, and dependable performance in demanding industrial environments.
Unlike traditional crimped air hoses, the FLEX-LOC® push-lock system uses specially designed hose barb fittings that do not require hose clamps or ferrules when installed correctly. This unique design allows the hose to be field repairable, helping reduce downtime and eliminate the need to replace an entire hose after accidental damage.
Whether the hose is cut, damaged by excessive heat, punctured, or otherwise compromised, it can often be repaired in just a few minutes. Carefully cut the damaged section of hose without damaging the brass fitting, make a clean even cut on the remaining hose, apply a small amount of dish soap only as a lubricant, and reinstall the hose end until the hose is fully seated against the yellow collar. Once properly installed, the hose is ready to return to service.
Important: Never use oils, grease, or other lubricants during assembly, as they can affect the security of the hose connection.
This hose comes completely assembled with brass hose ends and is ready for immediate use. Replacement hose ends are also available separately in a variety of thread sizes and configurations should you ever need them.
Designed for excellent flexibility and durability, this hose resists abrasion, oil, and weather, making it ideal for air tools, automotive shops, manufacturing facilities, construction sites, and many other compressed air applications.

Installation & Repair Notes
- Use only Thermoid FLEX-LOC compatible hose barb fittings.
- Apply dish soap only when installing or reinstalling hose ends.
- Push the fitting completely into the hose until the end of the hose is firmly seated against the yellow collar.
- Inspect the hose and fittings before each use.
- Do not exceed the maximum working pressure of 250 PSI.
