Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Tacc Air. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date (as shown on the tracking).

Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Item Condition

Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.

Items returned in used or damaged condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%, based on condition and item type.

Items that are not originally purchased from Tacc Air, are heavily used, or are older models returned fraudulently will not be refunded. If you want these items returned to you, you must cover shipping costs.
Refunds & Restocking Fees

Standard returns (within the return window and in acceptable condition):

No restocking fee with orders that did not qualify for free freight

Original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

If your order included free shipping, a 10% restocking fee will apply

If the item was grossly misdescribed, damaged, or the wrong item was sent:

No restocking fee

Full refund including original shipping

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.

Please contact us to request an RMA number before sending anything back.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

The wrong item was sent

The item arrived damaged

You may use any shipping carrier. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended, especially for fragile, heavy, or high-value items.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit and cannot process refunds for such cases.

You must provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Contact within the 30-day window

For damaged items: photos of the item and packaging
We will issue you an RMA number.
Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any shipping or freight damage within 72 hours of delivery. (We are not responsible for freight damage reported outside this window due to some freight carrier requirements, however we will do everything possible to come to a resolution.)

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of all original packaging

Do not discard packaging, as it's required to process shipping claims. Without it, we may not be able to file a claim or offer a refund.
International Orders
We do not accept returns for orders outside the United States.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If an item is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or refused delivery:

You must pay for reshipment

If the order is no longer wanted, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping costs will be deducted
