When Will My Item Ship?

Tacc Air processes all orders for in-stock products the same day, Monday through Friday, if ordered before 2:00 PM CST. This excludes major holidays and any days when shipping carriers are not operating. Over 99% of products offered by Tacc Air are stocked in-house and ship from our Lincoln, Nebraska warehouse. If an item is out of stock or drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, this will be stated on the product listing prior to checkout. In the event an item is mistakenly listed as in stock, Tacc Air will notify you within 24 hours of receiving the order with a resolution.

 

Does Tacc Air Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, Tacc Air offers free shipping on orders over $50 USD within the 48 contiguous United States. Certain large or oversized items, including those that ship via freight, may be excluded. If your item qualifies for free freight, it will ship via an economy service at Tacc Air’s discretion. Customers may upgrade to faster shipping options at checkout if needed at additional costs.

 

Free Shipping Minimum

The free shipping minimum purchase requirement is $50 (before sales tax). Heavy or oversized items requiring truck freight may be excluded, as well as dimensionally oversized items that incur additional charges. These exclusions and charges will be reflected at checkout if applicable.

 

Next Day or Second Day Air Shipping

If you select Next Day or Second Day Air shipping at checkout, we understand the urgency and prioritize these orders to help keep your compressor or equipment up and running. As a result, the same-day shipping cutoff is extended to 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

How Does Free Ground Shipping Work?

  • Applies to prepaid, retail orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement.
  • Valid for standard ground shipments within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Oversized or special-order items may incur additional charges.
  • Air and truck freight shipments are excluded from free shipping offers.
  • Tacc Air reserves the right to ship via truck freight on large orders at our discretion.
  • Orders including batteries or other hazardous materials may be excluded.
  • Not applicable to wholesale orders.

 

 In-Store Pickup

  • All in-store pickup orders must be prepaid by credit card.
  • Pickup is only available during normal business hours.
  • Orders must be picked up by 3:00 PM CST.

 

 Factory Drop-Shipped Items

Factory drop-shipped items are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer. These shipments may take up to 14 additional business days—or more—to process and ship, depending on the manufacturer's lead time. Estimated shipping times are provided by the manufacturer and may not always appear accurately at checkout. For the most current information, please contact us directly.

Please note: Factory-shipped items are only available for delivery to domestic (U.S.) physical addresses. We cannot ship factory drop-ship orders to PO boxes or international addresses.

 

 Truck Freight Deliveries

Some items are too large for standard shipping and must be delivered via truck freight. We recommend using a commercial or business address to avoid residential delivery fees and potential delays. Please provide an accurate phone number to ensure smooth delivery coordination.

Upon delivery, it is crucial that the recipient inspects the shipment before the driver leaves. Open the packaging and check for visible or concealed damage. Any damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt before signing. If damage is not documented at the time of delivery, the buyer assumes responsibility. If serious damage is discovered, the shipment may be refused—please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement and return of the damaged item(s).
