The FRFLM766N is a complete all-in-one compressed air treatment system designed for applications that require clean, dry air. Combining a 5-micron particulate filter, precision pressure regulator, 0.01-micron coalescing filter, and refillable desiccant dryer into one compact assembly with wall mount, this system helps remove water, oil aerosols, moisture vapor, and contaminants before they reach your equipment.
With 3/4" NPT ports, a maximum airflow capacity of 140 CFM, and a maximum input pressure of 225 PSI, the FRFLM766N is ideal for demanding shop and industrial applications. Three-Stage Air Treatment Process
Stage 1 – 5 Micron Particulate Filter
The first stage removes water, rust, dirt, pipe scale, and other larger contaminants from the compressed air stream. This helps protect downstream filtration components and extends the life of your equipment.
Stage 2 – 0.01 Micron Coalescing Filter
The second stage removes fine oil aerosols, moisture, and microscopic particles that pass through standard filters. This level of filtration helps provide cleaner air for demanding applications.
Stage 3 – Refillable Desiccant Dryer
The final stage removes remaining moisture and water vapor from the air stream to produce exceptionally dry compressed air. The dryer uses color-indicating desiccant beads that start out blue and gradually change to a light translucent pink when replacement is needed.
The system includes 1 quart of desiccant beads, allowing you to fill the dryer and have additional media available for future maintenance.
