LEFOO 135-175 PSI Air Compressor Pressure Switch w/ 4 Port Manifold – Replaces Hubbell® & Older Furnas Style Switches – 26 Amp – 120/240V

New air compressor pressure switch manufactured by LEFOO designed as a direct style replacement for many Hubbell® and older Furnas style air compressor pressure switches commonly found on 2-stage air compressors models such as HC69JF9LY2C, 69JF9LY2C, 69MB9LY2C. This switch features a built-in 4 port manifold base with standard 1/4" NPT female ports for easy installation of common air compressor accessories including your tank connection, pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and air outlet connection.

All manifold ports are 1/4" NPT which is the most common thread size used on air compressor pressure switches. For reference, 1/4" NPT threads measure approximately 1/2" in outside diameter. Any unused ports can easily be sealed using standard 1/4" NPT pipe plugs.

This pressure switch is equipped with a convenient ON/OFF lever, dual 1/2" electrical knockouts for incoming and outgoing wiring, and a fully rotatable unloader valve connection. The unloader valve features a 1/4" compression fitting connection and rotates 360 degrees, making it much easier to match existing compressor plumbing and unloader line routing. This is one of the most important features when replacing Hubbell or Furnas style switches where unloader line angle and orientation may vary.

The 1/4" compression fitting is designed for use with soft copper, aluminum, or certain poly air lines that measure 1/4" outside diameter, which is standard throughout much of the air compressor industry. If your compressor system does not use an unloader line, the fitting can simply remain disconnected with no air leakage.

Another major advantage of this switch is its heavy-duty 26 amp contact rating, helping provide improved durability and longer contact life compared to many lower amp replacement switches currently on the market.

Factory pressure settings are:

• Cut-In Pressure: 135 PSI
• Cut-Out Pressure: 175 PSI

This pressure range is commonly used on 2-stage air compressors. Pressure settings can be adjusted lower using the main adjustment screw, although adjustments greater than approximately 25 PSI from factory settings are not recommended.

• Verify your existing pressure range before ordering
• Confirm your compressor motor does not exceed 26 Amp FLA rating unless using a motor starter then the amperage does not matter because the switch is just letting the starter know when to cut in and out. In this case you will only see 2 single wires entering the switch going to the starter.
