Conrader NSG Series 1/2" Compression x 1/2" NPT Air Compressor Pilot / Unloader / Check Valve Combo – 95–125 PSI

This is a U.S.-made NSG Series combo valve from Conrader, designed for use on gas-powered or electric constant-run air compressors. It combines a pilot valve, discharge valve, and check valve into one compact, reliable assembly.

The valve features a 1/2" compression top inlet for copper tubing, a 1/2" male NPT outlet for the tank connection, and a 1/8" female NPT port on the side for throttle or unloader control. It is factory set to operate at 95 PSI cut-in and 125 PSI cut-out and includes a built-in manual unloader valve. The unloader exhaust outlet is equipped with a muffler to help reduce noise during unloading.

  (Note: 1/2" NPT measures approximately 3/4" in diameter for reference)

  (1/2" compression is measured by the outside diameter of the copper tubing going into the fitting — be sure your tubing measures 1/2" OD)

  (1/8" NPT measures approximately 3/8" in diameter for reference)
