Air Compressor Pressure Switch Control Valve 140-175 PSI Four Port w/ Unloader 1/4"

Air Compressor Pressure Switch Control Valve 140-175 PSI Four Port w/ Unloader 1/4"
Standard 4 Port 140-175 PSI Air Compressor Pressure Switch Control Valve With Unloader
This replacement air compressor pressure switch is a reliable, standard-duty pressure switch designed to control system pressure between 140 and 175 PSI. It includes a 4 way 1/4" female NPT air inlet manifold on the bottom of the switch with a 1/4" compression port on the side for an optional unloader line. A manual on/off lever is built into the housing for added convenience.
If your system doesn't use an unloader, the side unloader connection can remain unused and will not affect any other function of the switch.
The 4 port manifold makes it a great option for air tanks with limited connection ports which gives you the ability to connect a air gauge, relief valve, couplers, or other accessories if needed. Note: If not all 4 ports are needed on the connection manifold the un used ports can be plugged with standard 1/4" NPT pipe plugs.
Key Features:
-
Pressure Cut-In/Cut-Out: 140 PSI on / 175 PSI off (Max Cut out pressure 175PSI,Pressure can be adjusted down 25 PSI if needed; avoid exceeding this range for best performance)
-
Bottom Inlet: 4 Port 1/4" Female NPT Manifold (1/4" NPT measures approx. 1/2" in diameter)
-
Unloader Port: 1/4" compression fitting (The outside of the tubing connecting to this valve should measure 1/4" OD)
-
On/Off Control: Integrated manual lever
-
Dimensions: 3.65" (L) x 3.65" (W) x 3" (H)
Electrical Compatibility:
-
120V AC – up to 20A
-
240V AC (single phase) – up to 12A
-
240V AC (three phase) – up to 9.6A
-
32V DC – up to 8.6A
-
120V DC – up to 3.1A
-
240V DC – up to 1.6A
-
12V DC - up to 15A
For higher amperage AC systems, this switch should be used with a magnetic starter. In such setups, the pressure switch signals the starter to control the motor, allowing all heavy current to be handled externally by the starter and protecting the internal contacts of the switch. This will also help the life span of the electric motor.
