Designed for desiccant air dryers, these beads remove moisture and humidity from the airline and change color from dark blue to light pink when saturated, letting you know exactly when it’s time to replace or reactivate them.

Color Change Indicator

• Dark Blue = Fresh / Ready to Use

• Light Pink = Moisture Saturated

When beads start turning a light purple, they still have about 40% remaining life, and need to be replaced or reactivate when they reach light pink.

Reactivation Instructions

Oven Method:

• Spread beads in a thin layer

• Heat at 200–250°F for 30 minutes to 2 hours

• Do not exceed 250°F

• Remove when beads return to dark blue
  

Microwave Method:

• Heat on defrost for about 10 minutes

• Check bead color periodically

• Only microwave if beads are surface-dry
