7/8" Check Valve For Speedaire, Campbell Hausfeld & Sears Air Compressor

This 1/2" compression x 7/8" straight thread check valve is designed specifically for older Campbell Hausfeld, Speedaire, and Sears air compressors. It’s an excellent replacement for the original aluminum or brass check valves found in these models. The valve features a 7/8" male straight thread, which screws securely into the compressor tank or in some cases manifolds on top of the tank, and is sealed with a copper or aluminum ring to ensure a leak free seal. If your compressor was manufactured before the mid 90's and has a copper or aluminum ring seal between the check valve and the tank or manifold this will be an exact replacement.

This replacement valve also includes a 1/8" female NPT side port, which is typically used to connect an unloader valve to relieve pressure from the pump after the compressor shuts off. If your compressor doesn't need an unloader port on the check valve, you can easily plug this port with a standard 1/8" NPT brass plug.

Before purchasing, make sure this valve will fit your compressor. This valve is compatible with models that have an aluminum or brass ring between the check valve and the tank. If your setup includes that sealing ring, this valve is the right one for you. However, please note that if your check valve does not use a copper or aluminum ring seal this valve will not be compatible with your air compressor.
