This pulley is designed for use with an H-style taper bushing (sold separately). The pulley hub is precision-tapered to accept the bushing, which is bored to fit your shaft size.

The H bushing features two sets of holes:

• Unthreaded holes (installation): Bolts are inserted through the bushing’s unthreaded holes into the pulley’s threaded holes. Tightening these bolts draws the bushing into the tapered bore, securely clamping it onto the shaft.

• Threaded holes (removal): These are used only when separating the pulley from the bushing during disassembly.

This two-piece design provides a much more secure shaft connection compared to standard one-piece pulleys, reducing slippage and ensuring reliable performance.

Crafted from solid cast iron, this pulley delivers strength, durability, and a long service life, making it ideal for demanding industrial and mechanical applications.
