Note: This Valve is set to 10 PSI higher than original factory settings to give extra pressure for tools in demanding environments. Make sure your air tank is rated for 150 psi or more when using this valve at the set 135 psi pressure. This Valve can also be adjusted down to original factory set pressure if needed. Check pressure shut off after installation to confirm proper settings and operation.

This Piloted Unloader Valve is designed for use in constant run applications where intake unloaders are absent. It features a discharge unloader on the valve body, allowing it to sense system pressure and vent discharge air to the atmosphere when your air compressor reaches maximum pressure. Once the system hits the minimum PSI of 110, the valve automatically closes the discharge unloader and the compressor resumes normal operation.

The adjustable pressure range of this valve is about 15 PSI in either direction, allowing you to fine-tune its performance for your specific needs.

The preset pressure on this valve can be adjusted. Just below the manual unloader lever on top of the valve, you’ll find two adjustment screws secured with lock-nuts. The lower screw, which is larger, should not be altered, as it regulates the valve’s core function. The upper, smaller screw—located just beneath the manual lift lever—controls the pressure settings. Turning this screw inward will increase both the cut-in and cut-out pressures, while turning it outward will decrease them. It’s recommended to limit adjustments to no more than approximately 15 PSI in either direction.
