Conrader Throttle Control Valve – “Bullwhip” Style With Adjustable Mounting Bracket (For Honda Engines 8 HP or Smaller) – Made in the U.S.A.

This Conrader Throttle Control Valve, commonly referred to as a “Bullwhip,” is designed to regulate engine speed on gas-powered air compressors. When used in conjunction with a pilot/unloader valve, this standard-size control valve automatically reduces engine RPMs during unloaded compressor operation, enhancing fuel efficiency and prolonging engine life.

Ideal Fit:
Engineered specifically for Honda engines up to 8 horsepower, as well as other similar small-engine models. This version features a built-in adjustable mounting bracket for flexible installation on a variety of engine throttle configurations. An airline from the pilot valve is used to control engine speed.

• 1/4" Compression Air Inlet: Allows easy connection to your compressor’s pilot/unloader valve. (1/4" Compression accepts 1/4" OD air line with standard compression fitting)

• Brass Valve Body & Steel Arm: Rugged construction designed to withstand demanding work environments.

• Adjustable Mounting Bracket: Features a built-in bracket with a slotted groove (3/16" wide x 5/8" long) for easy adjustment and secure mounting to Honda and other engines.

• Z-Bend Control Arm: Extends 2.2" from the end of the mounting shaft. 

• Overall Length: 4.9", including the valve body and control arm.

• Includes Metal P-Clip & Mounting Screw: Optional for securing the incoming control airline as well as Allen screw for mounting to the throttle bracket.
